This company offers a complete service to the customer, and has extensive displays of mid to high quality kitchen and bathroom products available for fitting. The 30 room setting displays over two floors allow the ranges to be shown to best advantage, and retain a feeling of spaciousness throughout the showroom. The general public accounts for the majority of customers, along with local architects and builders. The company works in a specialist way, with customer requirements and satisfaction being paramount, and with cost and quality being presented honestly. The company is the accredited dealer for certain high-end quality products with sole selling rights over a large area. The owner draws up a fully itemised quote (including 3-D colour drawings and plan) based on what the customer wants, whether it is a complete kitchen or bathroom, a bedroom, or just a particular item. Products are ordered and then delivered to site by the owner, to be fitted  by  one of  three regular  sub-contracted  fitting teams. The owners liaise with local firms such as the neighbouring electrical wholesaler and the flooring supplier to provide a complete local solution, which is much appreciated by the customer.
