IMPORTANT NOTICES

Note to Prospective Vendors of a Business

If you want to sell a business, talk to the people with the local knowledge, national office network and offering national advertising.
Probably about 80% of the businesses we sell in Dorset, Devon and Cornwall are sold to people from outside the area.
We sell all types of going concern, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, leisure etc.

We offer

  • Valuations without obligation,
  • Advertising for clients in Daltons Weekly and local / regional papers (if appropriate) and our commitment to you is for as long as it takes to sell.
  • Advertising on at least 2 Internet websites.
  • In addition, your details are continually sent out on our general lists and are circulated to our other offices throughout the country.

Our rates are very competitive.
The sale can be as confidential or public as you wish.
We can also make confidential approaches to other companies that might want to buy rather than selling on the open market.
We can also introduce people to sources of finance (e.g for purchase, refinancing or expansion etc) insurance, accountants and solicitors.
We also offer a stocktaking service.

What next? Talk to us, make an appointment, we will confirm this by letter and send a copy of our standard terms and conditions which can be tailored to meet your requirements.
A set of sales details will also be enclosed as an example of presentation.
We look forward to meeting you.
Ring us or register your requirements.

We can do that.
